Should I do this?

I've been wanting to replace my TBI with either TPI or a carb and I was leaning more towards the carb, but then I found this on ebay and it seems like a really good deal:

I know I'd have to find the wiring harness and ecu to rig it up, but do you guys think that it would be worth it?

Edit: I would need a different fuel pump too, right?

That's not a bad price if you get it for that. I sold my TPI off and made about 400-500, though I had aftermarket parts too.

Yes, you would need a harness, ECM, fuel pump, and all the other various sensors that the thing requires. The TPI has a higher working pressure than the TBI. If you just tried to make the stocker work, it would ruin the pump, or simply not work at all because the pressure wouldn't be there. TPI is a great thing for street and some race/performance use. Just look around here, many people are doing wonders with TPI. And fuel injection is just so much cooler than running carbs. No disrespect to carbs, but EFI is better in my opinon.
