Rear plenum seal...

I have always been a carburator guy and just bought a TPI daily driver. The rear intake seal seems to be leaking oil. Is this fairly common, or should I be looking for somethning else too?

It's common. You'll have to take the intake base off to fix it. You'll only get gaskets to mate the heads with the base. For the front and back, use a thick bead of RTV. I like to lay mine on really thick so it comes out when you tighten down the base. After it dries, I'll trim it flush with a razor blade so it doesn't look like crap.
