easy upgrades????????
I wanted to know, are there any easy upgrades for a 305 tpi? I have a better breathing exhaust system, so time for some intake mods. I have an 89 firebird formula with tpi 305, so it has a single breather assyembly. I was thinking of a cone filter and spark plugs. Any one have any ideas. This is my first TPI car, and I'm loving it.

Id start by reading the stickies at the top of the board. Then take some time and search, there are literally hours of info you can read. Read till your eyes bleed...LOL
Tune up first: air filter, fuel filter, plugs, wires.etc....
I would do subframe connectors next..
Then intake and exhaust are typically next...depends on smog laws and how much $$ you have to spend
I actually have a 100% stock 89 Formula 350(sig) with just SFCs and Im going to go with learning to burn chips first. So I can keep my car in tune after I start to make changes, call me crazy, but I want the most HP per Dollar I can get out of my parts.

Look in the tech articles setion, there are multitudes of free mods to do that are proven to work. PROM burning is a very good idea. Try a search and research everything you wnt to do.
