Only one cylinder fires when I try to set the timing

I was playing w/ my timing the other day and the car ran worse. So I tried to set it back to 6* BTDC and when I unplugged the Computer advance the car didn't want to run. At all. It sounded like it was only firing one cylinder.

This problem started after I installed my digital 6 plus ignition. Is there any other way I can set my timing w/o unpluging the computer, or should I disconnect the box and set it w/ the stock ignition components?

Since the problem started with the installation of the MSD, take it back out of the loop and see if you cab set the timing sorrectly that way. Those boxes are occasionally DOA, you may have a bad one or have it hooked up incorrectly. I actually had one die after running only 1 hour right after they came out with them.
