NOS question

ive got an 89 IROC with the LB9 305 and i just blew out my MAF. how do you keep this from happening? Im running a dry 100 shot in the filter aimed in the direction of the MAF.

what can be done and how should i set it up?

well that 's the first problem right there. you froze the MAF. you cannot run n2o through the MAF on these cars. you can on an LS1 car. to run a dry set up, you need to put he nozzle before the TB. then you need to run a vaccum line "T" off the n2 oto the regulator. this blows it shut and shoots the psi to around 70ish. this how the motor gets the added fuel. but, you also need an inline fuel pump to compensate for the needing of fuel. this is how the nos05176 dry kit is set up.

personally you should be using a wet kit though. like the one on my 86 TA. click the blue banner for pics.
