What could be wrong? Missing perhapes?

1986 Z28 TPI Camaro, stock, new starter, new disturbitor (cap, rotor, coil etc.) new plugs, new plug wires, fresh oil..... Whenever I go uphills, I don't know, it seems like my car is "missing" until I give it a lot of gas, then its fine...but its really rough....if I try to stay the same speed by applying a small amount of gas going up a hill, my car will "miss" and bog down....until I slam the gas...then it'll hesitate, shift, then it won't seem like its "missing" any more. Any suggestions? Could I have purchased a bad plug? The idle is not rough at all, very smooth....it only seems like this happens going uphills, thanks

Injectors maybe?...going up hill with a heavy load at part throttle maybe a injector isn't supplying enough fuel.....
I get a little pinging sometimes when the car is cold going up hill....maybe try running a couple bottles of fuel/injector cleaner through it (cheap solution)...and see if there's any diffrence...also maybe an ohm's test on them as well...does it do this after the car reaches closed loop? Also check timing...timing chain have a lot of miles on it?

just timed it, it wasn't the injectors....my dad scared me and was like "the spark plugs shouldn't be tight, don't crank down on them, if you break them you have to re drill the block " blah blah blah, so I just put them like hand tight...I saw all this, I guess it was oil all over a few of them...I replaced them all and it ran fine, sorry, I was just freaking out because I thought everything was ok...whats wierd was that the car was running fine with the plugs lose for like 2 weeks, then it just started doing this....thanks for your opinions and suggestions...I was going to check the injectors til I decided to take a look at the plugs because I thought perhapes one was bad.....
