codes 22,23,24

Engine: 6.6
Transmission: 5-speed
codes 22,23,24
Im not sure why i am getting these 3 codes after it was just one for the TPS, i set the TPS to .540 and then i checked the codes after i unpluged the est wire and i ran it up to temp. and i got those codes.
22. Low voltage at throttle positon sensor OR
Fuel cutoff relay circuit open or shorted to ground
23. Low temperature at manifold air temperature sensor OR
Throttle position sensor error
24. Circuit fault in vehicle speed sensor
im pretty sure i dont even have a fuel cutoff relay on my car so im not sure what that is about., and the mat sensor is new, and circuit fault in vehicle speed sensor? not sure what that is exactly, in converted my car to TPI(HSR) and i never had this code till now. could anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance.
