wanna build up my 350 tpi I want new runners, throttlebody, and injectors, what are good choices... let me know what else i can use to get more power... also give me some links to decent priced preformance parts... thnx wes

None of what you posted will increase power by themselves.
Best thing to do first is headers & cat back exhaust. Followed by a better cam, then something like an LPE base manifold, along with SLP/AS&M runners, ported plenum ( or do the LT1 intake conversion)and custom chip
After all of that you may need larger injectors and/or an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

None of these items are "cheap", nothing worth while ever is.
