It appears that the bracket or harness which holds the fuel pump relay has broken and the relay is dangling around the engine compartment now.

Where can I go to buy a new one of these?

I have never been to a junk yard and I am not sure how it works to be honest.

Also, is there a way to identify the part number that I am looking for?

Junkyard it. Go to a junk yard and tell them you are looking for a bracket and you would have to identify it. Go to any third-gen in the lot and look for the same bracket. Just take it. They might even give it to you for free.
