Generally any hardware store has them. It's just a T-10 ( I think) with a hole in the center. I know for sure Ace Hardware stores carry them.

I guess I gotta ask -- What's so Safe-T about them versus a regular Torx?
Actually, I had been wondering their size or name too, as I'm getting ready to take mine apart.

It was originally supposed to be an anti-tamper design. It didn't last long as every tool company out there started making them, by simply taking the torx bits they already had and drilling holes in them.
