fuel injector problems

ok when i was chanign out a bad egr valve and doing leaky intake manifold gaskets i had the injectors tested and rebuilt locally only didnt get to rebuilding come to find out on his machine one of the injectors wasnt firing at all...no noise nothing, so i bought brand new accel 24lbs and well car still didnt run right so i took it to a shop and $400 later its cyl #7 wasnt firing why a dead injector....using a noid light the ecm pulsed the injector properly, how ever using an injector balancer tester number 7 was dead no pintle clicking...

so i kept my old injectors which say rp on the side i think those are the rochesters, the ohm resistance outside of the vehicle on the dead one was jumping from 10.9-11ohms which i according to haynes is good, the rest of them were 15.1-16.5ohms, during the testing of these on the professional machine to flowmatch they only worked half the time most of them and worked the best at wot, so heres my question what causes them to not respond like that, since there are not single driver for every injector wouldnt more than one go bad at a time if it was a harness problem??

i dont want to have to keep replacing injectors is this a quincidence or is there another problem i should look into??
