I bought a TPI intake, and one of the thermostat housing bolts is broken off into it i had a performer intake that did this and i could not get the bolt out of it, and i broke an ease out in it... i dont want to do that to this intake... i need any methods you guys can think of to get this thing out!!!

i had that happen to the TBI intake on my truck...i didn't want to mess with it, so i went to a junkyard and bought another intake then took it to the machine shop and had it cleaned up and had to have one hole heli-coiled.

Carefully drill the bolt out and put in a 3/8-16 helicoil.

Or let the machine shop do it. They're usually pretty reasonable about that kind of thing....the shop here charges about $35-40 to remove the bolt, drill, tap, and heli-coil the hole. They won't touch it if there's a drill bit or ease-out broken off in there though.

On mine I do it myself....on a customer's car I can't afford the time it takes. Too many other cars to work on.
