Was the vacuum line on or off when you adjusted the pressure? I believe you need a min. of a -6 line to use the Aeromotive regulator. What fuel pump are you using? Did you recently install a KILLER pump. If so, its not the AFPR. Its the stock steel fuel line coming off the oem regulator. The sharp bend in the line is pinching your fuel, thus putting your pressure into the stratosphere. This is what happened to my car after installing the A1000 pump....Tom

Correct me if Im wrong, but the Aeromotive regulator is machined to accept a large line. The threaded holes in the regulator, are NPT, and you would have to install an AN to pipe adapter in there. Then you will have to fabricate your braided line with AN hose ends. Not hard to do , but not easy either. If you never installed hose ends before, a little tricky, but no big deal. AN, means Army Navy and its the way the hydraulic fittings are rated in size. Example: -6, would be 6/16 or 3/8. -10, would be 10/16 or 5/8. -8 would be 8/16 or 1/2 inch. In this sizing, there is no 7/16, because you cant compute. No -7, all are even #s. Tom
