Problems with VSS after TPI swap

I finished my TPI swap recently, and my speedometer is working correctly, but my datalogs show 0 mph all the time. Apparently the ecm is not receiving the VSS signal. I still have the Buffer in the car as it was with the L03, and I am running a Dakota Digital SGI-5 box since I have a T56. I have the VSS wire going to pin C6 on the ecm. From what I've searched, thats where it should be. Anyone have any ideas?

Figured the problem out. I just needed to uncheck the Magnetic Speed Sensor flag. Working fine now.
