Test for leaking Injector?
I searched but did not find a definate answer to this question. I am in the middle of an intake gasket replacement on my 89 L98. I want to test for a leaking injector. Can I pull the fuel rails up and turn on the key and watch for fuel to come out of any injector indicating that one is leaking? Is there a better way?
Thanks

Jumper the fuel pump relay and have the rail sitting above a pan.
We had a leaking injector and leaking CS Injector on my friends Z and that is what we did.

I found one on my friends car by pulling the plugs. One injector was darker with fuel than the rest.
But if your going to replace it any way I would raise the rail up and place them under pressure and see, your going to be doing that any way Right ?
