How hard to install ASP underdrive crank pulley

I have this thing laying around, and thought about doing it today? Are there any write-ups on it anywhere? Any special tools needed like a crank pulley puller, etc.? Also, the car has no smog equipment on it, so what size belt will I need afterwards?

BTW, this is going on a 91' Z 355 TPI.

If you have an AutoZone nearby you can borrow a balancer remover and balancer installer...two separate tools in most cases.

Not a very hard project for most people, but it depends on skill level. Easy to really damage your crank if you screw up and run the remover into your crank threads.
