TPI fuel rail question
TPI fuel rail question
Do all the TPI fuel rails have plumbing connections at the front of the engine? Did any of them ever have connections at the rear? I thought I had seen some like this at some point but my '86 Corvette and '88 Camaro TPI fuel rails have plumbing connections at the front.
The reason I ask is that I'm planning a TBI to TPI swap on a '93 Suburban and it would be very convenient if the TPI fuel rails connected at the driver side rear of the engine instead of the front. I could work around it but it would be nice to not have to.

No factory TPI fuel rails had exits at the rear... The corvettes had the fuel outlets come out straight toward the front, and the f-body ones turned towards the driver side.
