Hesitation during acceleration

My car kinda hesitates when i mash the gas pedal down. It only does this below 2500 rpm's. Is it just cause of the gear setup (stock) or could there be another problem?

that tube was just replaced but it still does this. No trouble codes are coming up. I have checked a hundred times for vacuum leaks. any other ideas?

I did a tune up like 2 years ago it shouldn't be time yet should it? I may want to do the pcv though who knows how long it's been since that was replaced. THe fuel filter is 3 years old i think. Might be a good idea to replace too. Anyone know whats a good fuel filter? or isn't there much difference?

I didn't really buy the greatest plug wires (listed below) but say i bought like some MSD or Taylor wires. Do those still need to be replaced every few years or cna you get more life from them?
