L98 replacement heads
I'm still looking to replace my stock L98 heads with aftermarket ones.
I would like to keep all emissions and other factory hook-ups.
From what I've read, it seems that the Edelbrock heads have the heat passover, etc and are ready to bolt on. However, the flow numbers aren't the best (165cc intake).
Can anyone recommend a head that is ready to bolt-on out of the box (with no modifications) and still retains all the factory connections/ports.
FYI - I'm going to run a TPIS Big Mouth intake manifold.
I did do a search and it seems that the 2 popular ones are the Dart Iron Eagle & S/R heads. However, it seems that opinions are mixed and the Iron Eagle's don't have the heat passover.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
