help w/ pressure testing fuel rail
I unhooked the Fuel Pump fuse and let the car run but it just kept running even after 10+ mins
SO i tried to pull the fuse completely out and the car wouldnt even start.... The fuse is connected to the ECM and the Fuel Pump.... thats why it wouldnt start...
Am I supposed to completely drain the tank???? or just the residual gas in the lines??

What are you trying to do?? If you just need to pressure test the fuel rail, shut the car off, and utilize the ALDL (pin F I think, but search to find for sure) pin for the fuel pump to energize the pump and check the pressure then...
Not sure what you're trying to do here..

Was searching this website about pressure testing my car... all I found was information that was wrong
All I had to do was hook up the tester to the shrader valve and boom it was done.... I was afraid of pressure shooting out of the shrader valve and getting gas all over
Other ppl said to unplug the Fuel Pump fuse and run car til the car dies of lack of fuel.... ** DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO DO THIS*** AND IT NEVER DIED
