Hey Guys,

I noticed when i put the plenum to the runners that my accelerator cable was to short to reach the throttle body. I still have the accel. cable from a carbed engine, and just wanted to see if anyone else doing a swap from Carb. to TPI had the same problem and if they could give me a part # for the accel. cable for the TPI.

Hey GTA i got that cable, and when i went to install it i notices it doesnt have the right throttle body end on it. It has a t head instead of an eye

 

are the connections on the TB different for the different years of cars? 85-88 and 89-92? My cable seems to short on my swap I'm doing. but maybe it's the bracket..... the bracket on the plenum has the flat part at the back I've noticed some have the flat portion on the front. When I got this tpi setup it appeared to have been pieced together so maybe that wasn't right. any insight here, when I do hook the cable up it holds the venturis open at like 20% or so.
