TPI Modifications question
With the TPI Motors, does every bolt on require tuning of the fuel pressure or MAF sensor? How many bolt ons can the stock fuel settings and computer settings support? Would something as simple as an air foil require MAF tuning?
Thanks!
Thanks!

No....
The computer controls the MAF and the stock fuel pressure regulator is not ajustable.
It takes a lot of bolt ons to require more fuel to a TPI. However, a lot of folkes replace the stock FPR with an ajustable and up the fuel pressure.
You could, Also, put a larger fuse in the dimmer switch for more power...

u don't have to but when you do one thing it always affects another so if your a tunning junky after all of the new mods you can always get more performance from tunning your car

I'm running a ZZ4 cam with SLP header, Hooker catback and MSD ignition, all on a stock tune with stock fuel pressure. The car runs better than ever.
...now that's not to say that a professional tune wouldn't yield some power, but it's not absolutely necessary.

Abubaca....would a ZZ4 be considered a mild cam? Bear in mind I know next to nothing about cames.
Would it be a good pick for my set-up (see Sig)? Bear in mind it has to smog.
Thanks
