vacuum hose help ASAP
What vacuum line attaches to this port with the little clips?
This is the hard plastic thing that has the hard plastic line going into the EGR valve, and another one going to the TB. I am trying to finish the car now, please respond if you know the answer. Thanks!

You can startup without it connected.

the electrical connector is plugged in, it is right behind the plastic nipple with the two metal clips in the picture. It looks like a vacuum hose should go on there. Does anyone have any close up pictures?
the thing that looks like it should have a vacuum line going into it really doesnt. if you have the two connected, then youre all set. fire it up and if you just want to make sure, spray some starting fluid or carb cleaner at it and see if the idle changes.
