need help...again

i am having a problem getting my car started. it cranks but wont fire. i checked fuel pressure (42lbs) injectors are firing (checked with a noid light). is it a timing issue?? i checked the timing before when the car ran but i had problems with the famous code 33. bought a new maf sensor and starter (old starter died on me). now the motor cranks and it doesn't fire. any ideas.

Ok no spark. Check the obvious, make sure the connectors on the coil are actually conected I have fixed three tpi cars mine included that had the tack wire (white) rotting out and caused a now spark situation. While you are there make sure the coil is getting 12V. From there Check to make sure the distributor is pluged in and the ignition modle is as well (don't ask how did this on my car ) If all that checks out it could be the distributor mine puked a wire and wouldn't make fire. Hope this helps.

Man I wasted awesome spelling, when it fires just for fun ground the coil wire to yourself it feels awesome especially with msd ignition. Drinking leads to weird experiences

i am sorry but i do have spark. i grabed a old spark plug and pluged it into the coil and i got spark so spark and fuel are not issues. i just cant get the thing started. i tried turning the distruibuator around to see if that would get it to fire but nothing. the plugs, cap, rotor are all new. how can i check to see if i have a bad ecm or a bad prom. i just dont get it unless its a timing issue. i have spark and gas but it wont fire

You have spark off your coil do you have spark off your any of your spark plugs? Even with bad timing you should get a sputter. Could be the distributor. Let me know if you got spark at the cylinders and we will go from there.
