Here is a new one, maybe what it all means?
Ok, along with all the rest of my issues ( I think it is all related), now, my tach bounces erratically a difference of about 500-750 rpms at a certain point in the gas pedal travel and while it is doing that, my car seems to be missing. ONLY at the certain point does it do this. What are your ideas here?

Missing, tach jumping...would be ignition related...both are soourced from the ICM, IIRC, or PU coil. Been under the cap lately?
BTW, did you ever get your TB /TPS issue figured out?

Nope, not yet. I did discover I do not have a speed sensor at the tail shaft of the trans. It is strictly a cable. Got a new distributor with P/U coil and module attached (both new). It is real wierd that it only happens at a certain spot in the pedal travel.
