question about manuel valve body

I'm going to be having a manuel valve body but in my 700R4, i'm going to be going with the TCI valve body, the only real question that i have is what one, there are 2 of them, one is a 67010 and 67015, the only difference between them is that one has a engine break. I'm running a 2,400 stall, so if anyone can give me some advice which one to use iwould appreciate it greatly, thanks.

Its up to you, do you want it to engine brake everytime you let off the gas.

A few things to think about. If you plan to do any track day or similar events than the non eng. braking would be an advantage as it wouldn't upset the chassis as you down shifted; on the dis. side it will put more strain on the brakes. For drag racing or the street I don't think it really matters. These are both reverse pattern so shifting would be P R N 1 2 3 4 unlike the stock P R N 4 3 2 1. Making an aftermarket shifter almost manditory. They have No automatic function at all. You come to a stop and leave it in 2nd , you take off in 2nd. It also runs near full line pressure all the time so shifts are hard and fast (backing off the gas makes it alot less violent). Last but not lest you can ditch the TV cable and the forced 4/3 down shift at full throttle is disable ( no shifting valves, accumulators, ect.) Hope I'm not stating the obviouse. I'm really close to going for one myself to use in a pro touring project.
The info. is based on my experience of years ago also calls and reseach done recently. Hope it's usefull.
