Bogging at around 2500?????
No need to have two threads going, but I wanted to cover all bases.
What do you guys think? Tranny? Fuel?

Sounds even more like fuel pump. Your pump probably has enough pressure with no load but not enough when its under load. Check fuel pressure while driving. Get a fp gauge with a couple feet of hose and you can tape it to the windshield to test while driving.
