No current from TPS ?????

Hi,
Hope somebody can help, here goes.
Car was showing a code 22, sorta over fuelling and cutting out.
Removed the throttle body and gave everything a good clean up, re-fitted the throttle bodies and tried to set the TPS up.
Inserted 3 jumper wires, and got no reading from the A or B connection. Should be around 0.55 I believe.
Fitted a new TPS switch and still no reading. Car starts, but runs at 1300rpm when warmed up??

Oh, should mention, its an 86 IROC, 5.0 ltr, TPI, auto.

Thanks in advance.

Alan.....

The black should be 0, ie ground. Then I believe Gray is 5v, and when measuring from the center terminal to black should be your less then 1v intial TPS setting.
