Quick Fuel Line Question - Miniram to hard lines????

Transmission: 700R4; Vig 3200
Quick Fuel Line Question - Miniram to hard lines????
Quick question for verification....the 16mm hard line is the fuel send and the 14mm is the fuel return correct?
Also on the Miniram, the fuel send would thread into the fuel pressure reg. and the pass. side rail would thread the fuel return line?
I just need confirmation.
