Bad TPS Connector?
Ok so i went through the flow chart for a code 21 and my final results say it is a bad TPS or TPS connector? How can a TPS connector go bad. It's just a peice of plastic. Am i overlooking something here?

What that means is that the terminals might not be makng a good contact with the sensor terminals or a wire is broken in the connector.

With the motor running, try moving the TPS lever, it should rev the motor a bit with the throttle plates closed. If you have a digital voltmeter, you can install three jumpers, and check the voltage at the top two terminals. Specifically it should read anywhere from .54 to .56 volts, but I have read a wider band can be tolerated, up to .62v. Depends on how good Haynes is, and what you want for an idle speed without adjusting the throttle body plates.
