I need a new fuel filter

Can anyone tell me what aftermarket fuel filter will work for tpi?
I was using a big Fram filter that I had mounted to the right front engine block just under the alternator. When the fuel reached the filter it split the case at the inlet line. I would like to mount it in the same spot,(circled thing in photo).
Thanks,
Matt

If the filter you installed burst, it wasn't rated for the high-pressure of a TPI system. You should get some fuel-line repair kits and plumb in a stock TPI filter. You're lucky you didn't have a Carbecue!

Shouldn't the fuel lines on an 87 T/A be coming in from the drivers side???

Mine are on the passenger side just like the battery as you can see. How easy would it be to put the stock filter in the same spot as the aftermarket one?.....Actually I know why the fuel lines are on the passenger side, I swapped the 305 carbed engine with the 350 tpi setup.

You need to be running a fuel filter capable of handling 60+ psi of fuel pressure. TPI uses more fuel pressure than TBI or a carb.
