Greetings everyone, I have a 1991 Z28 5.0 TPI, 700R4 rebuilt w/corvette servo and .500 boost valve, rebuilt torque converter 2800 stall H/D.

The motor is all stock, new bearings, rings, gaskets, the engine was cleaned and mic'd and within factory spec's even with 178,000 miles. I lapped the valves back into the heads and all new stem seals. The engine is back in the car, all hooked up. Grounds are all bolted to the heads, the modulator was replaced, the ignition module was tested and good. Turn the key and the pump primes the fuel rail. The motor turns over and has good spark, is timed correctly (engine will start if starter fluid is sprayed into the TB) but the car will not start. I have put the noid light on the injector wires and they pulse. The car did sit for about 6 months before I tackled the rebuild and the tank was empty. I know that fuel is getting into the rails because I have pressed the tip in the zerk fitting and fuel comes out.

If anyone has encountered this problem and fixed it all ideas and iformation is welcomed.
