Misfire at WOT

Misfire at WOT
my friend just put a new cam is his car(.525 lift and 250 dur. at .050) with 1.65 rr's he got a valve job, lt's, and true duals, 30 lb injectors, msd coil and wires. his car is pretty fast at like 1/2 throttle but when it is at WOT is misfires horrible. its a 1985 iroc with a 350 tpi( yes it is a 350) and 700 r4. anybody wanna take a stab at whats wrong?

Fuel pressure dropping cuz pump can't provide enough.
Didn't change the prom to reflect the VE changes.
Valve springs changed to match???

valve springs were changed alone with kepper,s retianers, etc. should check the fp now. it mighjt b the prom hes shouls be getting one from pcmforless.com soon
