Does this sound like a common vacuum problem?

Hey guys
I built a 94 s-10 with a 86 corvette TPI unit ontop of a 89 350 truck engine(stock) it has got a "RV" cam in it and to my knowledge a RV cam is just slightly different then a stock cam. But here is my dilema
I am running a 7730 with a custom chip...VATS EGR DIVERTER solinoids all shut of. A stock "BIN" file from a 90 camaro 5spd car. Now the guy hooked up my ECM to a engine and harness and it ran mint.
In my truck it doesn't run well at all at idle i get 3.2 volts at the MAP and it runs al lopey (I dont think the cam is that big at all). When i drive the truck and it warms up it starts making a popping noise from the exhaust?????
I have got code 43 but I know I have got the wrong Knock sensor in it and i have a wiring issue going to my MAT sensor It is reading -45.
1 Now do you think i have a vacuum leak an it could make it run rich at idle cause the map is reading such a high voltage?
2 Just how sensitive is this system to a slightly bigger cam?( I dont think in a carberated engine it would give a vac prob.)
3 Could the 2 fault codes make it run this bad also with a little vac leak?
4 I have no problem with getting the correct knock sensor but I am so close to pulling this off and putting on a carb that I just need to here that ya it could make it run that crappy.
Can you guys please help.
Oh ya 2 more things 1- the constants in the chip were changed to match that of the 86 vette inj.
2- i dont beleive it goes in closed loop!
Thanks for your time and input

I was having the same problem

mine went like this...the car was running really really rich (still is) but its b.c of my 30 lb injectors, and it had no power. I went back over the intake runner bolts...tightened em to 25 ft lbs..and now the car has some power...still working on it though, i think its a timing issue now

I keep getting 42 and 43...i replaced the knock sensor as well and it didnt do nething.

if you wanna find a vac leak.. start the car...and spray starter fluid around the intake..if it hits a vac leak...the rpms will jump up

Popping through the exhaust is usually ignition related. (coil, coil wire, cap) Mine was doing that and I found the external coil bracket was dirty and not grounding good. Also started hard and had rough idle. Lean usually pops through the throttle body
