Lg4 TPI?

Can I put TPI from an 87 camaro onto my 86 LG4 motor? It's got stock heads. Also, does it matter that the 87 TPI is off a automatic car and mine is a five speed? Are there differences in the computers?

Yes. The stock (LG4) heads are not going to be optimal with that induction system, however. Niether is the cam.

Not really. There may be some minor differences in the wire harness. You will need a PROM/CALPAK from an automatic car to operate properly, or reprogram what you have.

No.

The angles of some of the intake mounting bolt holes on the 87 manifold are different than the 86 heads. You will have to re-drill the manifold.
