Wow,holy cow..... APFR at 55
I noticed my car makes a popping sound when it sets there and idles and i got to thinking , what could cause it. I happend to notice when the car was idleing the APFR was cranked up to like 55 ,56. That's a bit high isn't it? I know i checked it awhile ago and it wasn't that high. I backed it down to around 45. Anyone got any recommendations on what's a good pressure to be running at? What's a bad pressure to be at? And what's the down fall of the fuel pressure being to high? Will it kill the fuel pump?
Now after doing some more reading i know i have an exhaust leak back at the back tire, might be that, but i still don't see how it would make that sound, i always thought an exhaust leak made a "ticking" sound.

Well this topic is kinda 'banned,' but I understand you need help. My car runs at 47-48 and it runs pretty smooth. I may bump it down to 46, but I need to change the O2 sensor, its running a little too rich. As for the time being, id put it on 47, good all around number.
