Differences in MAF and SD motors

So, I have a 383 with MAF in my Firebird, and I have a 350 with SD that's going into my Elcamino. I would like to put the 383 into the Elco, and put the 350 into the Firebird. Is there any difference between the motors themselves. I don't think so, but just thought that I'd ask.
