Distributor coil, where does it plug in?

I'm using an aftermarket harness and the local salvage yards don't have any f bodies. My harness didnt' come with a plug for an external coil. Does this have 2 plugs? Does it plug into the harness or straight to the distributor? I have a plug that goes to the distributor on the harness. But there is another place to plug in on the dissy.

the smaller connector on the dist goes straight to the coil.
there should be a a coil connector on the engine harness on the pass side of the intake, can't remember if it was the white or black one on the engine harness.

Take a look at this diagram.

Just remove the MSD wires and imagine the pink and white connected straight through.
One of the coil connectors can be bought, the other is damn near impossibleto find in the aftermarket. I think the grey one was the problem item. Best bet is to keep searchin the boneyards for them.
i did find them through one place but they were like $40 each. too much for me.
