HSR or LT1 intake for 350?

I just bought a 89 IROC 350 and wanna get rid of that obstruction called TPI and replace it with something that breaths much better. Can you slap on the HSR or the LT1 and just go or how much extra work am I looking at? In the end I plan to build up this motor to make 350 HP. Any advice or input would be welcome.
