TPI Swap...Fuel Pump Question

Car: 1992 Camaro

TPI Swap...Fuel Pump Question

If I'm swapping in a 305 TPI motor into a 1992 Camaro with the 3.1 V6, is it necessary to swap fuel pumps?

I was reading and it seems the 3.1 V6 also runs the same fuel pressure as the TPI so I would assume it would work but I thought it would be better to ask. Sure would be nice not to have to go through all that hassle if its not necessary.

They're the same pump and you're right, the V6 and TPI cars use the same fuel pressure.

Great, thanks for the replies. I guess this will be even easier than I thought, now that I don't have to worry about droping the gas tank to swap pumps like the TBI guys have to do.
