Cheap mods for ponys?

Ok we got a 89 TPI 350 all factory except a procharger, What some things that we can do to get some more ponys out of this engine with out getting in to the internals?

Axle/Gears: 3.27, 2.73
Get the best/biggest exhaust system that you can afford (headers, cat/remove cat/ cat-back). Get that extra supercharged flow out the tail.
Get a decent torque converter and tranny cooler. Even a stock engine benefits from this.
Maybe some 1.6 rocker arms. Even with a stock cam, you can gain some here.
Run the best fuel you can find (keep the knock sensor happy).

Slap a smaller pulley on that blower if it can handle it. with the above post for sure! Exhaust will help ALOT if it's stock
