iron LT1's on E-bay NIB $350.00pr.

The price is for a pair for new heads. The site doesn't say they are complete but all the pics are for assembled heads.
Is it to good to be true?

Well can't get the link to work. Do a search for LT1 heads.

That doesn't seem like a real bargain. It's maybe not too high, but nothing to get too excited about. There must be a million iron LT1 heads out there in bone yards.

Actually, the iron ones are pretty easy to drill/tap/plug, and quite a few shops have the Goodson templates to redrill the intake flanges on LT1 and Vortec heads for older intake patterns.

Iron lt-1 heads NIB

These are not bone yard rebuilds. There "NEW" at vortech prices ($350.00pr.). I just bougth a set of used alum lt-1 heads $212.50w/frt and an intak complete $138.00 on E-bay. Sure that's less but the heads still have to be gone thru and the intake converted for use on Gen 1 longblock. This just seemed like good bang for the buck upgrade. If you look at new alum heads $800 to 1100 for say Trick Flows or AFR's or new intake wherea base for TPI 3-400 or 1000+ for Mini Ram, First or Stealthram. So new NIB heads even iron 350.00 + frt for a "pair" seemed like a good deal.
Just 1 last thought remember all the C91 police Impalas and SS's used these heads also the the vortec port s are based on the lt-1 architecture IIRC.
