EFI or Carb?

Im building a 383 stroker. I can't decide what to use, fuel injection, or carbuerator. Any suggestions?

EFI without a doubt.

As I just said in another post,,, I think that it is easier to tune an EFI engine than a carb engine. Just my opinion. I never learned to tune a carb right. Besides an EFI system will stay in tune longer and adjust to changes in weather and sensors. And get you much better fuel mileage.

Is this going to be a street vehicle or a weekend warrior? If you're going to trailer it to the rack and run a total of about four miles every week, a carb will work fine. If you intend to drive it in all sorts of conditions and at different speeds, disregard this and pay attention to Doc.
