floating wire

he i just got done replacing my injectors and i noticed that a wire is just hanging there it looks like it was ripped off it was inbetween #4 and #6 cylinder and i have no idea were it gose any help whould be greatfull

there should be a temp sensor mounted in head near there. also could be from knock sensor it's on that same side but mounted in engine block. a picture would help but i believe those are the only one wire sensors on that side in that area.

well i kno its not the knock sensor because i seen that was in when it was on the life and the temp sensor whould explain why my fans are not turning on anymore so should i just get a new connector? also i rember reading on here that i can hook up a switch to that wire and be able to run the fans buy switch should i just do that instead

Yup, sounds like fan switch. sure, you can wire up a manual switch, but I would still reconnect it as well. that way when you flip it off it will go back to stock and not overheat.
