Fuel Pump Pressure Question need help.

I am having a bit of a fuel pressure problem and I am looking for the right direction to head to find the problem.

First- Presure at the rail is 32psi with an afpr that was origanally set at 45psi. It also does not hold pressure I have new injectors all ohm out around 15.9. the only one that is not new is the cold start possibly leaky.

Second- Put a gauge right on the main feed to the fuel rail pump primed to 30psi and dropped down to 0 after about 5-10 seconds.

Should the pump prime to full pressure when not attached to the rail and hold. If so what should the pressure be.

The car does run and pressure drops to like 22psi when you hit the throttle which is deffinatly not enough fuel for my setup. I get hesitation when I first hit the gas.

Pretty much I just what eliminate if it is the pump or not.

Sounds like pump or clogged filter. But, if the pump is pumping through a clogged filter, it will quickly wear out.

I origanally thought that too and already replaced the fuel filter.

Thanks for the help though.
