slp intake runners
slp intake runners
just a quick question for anyone that has these did they make a noticable difference or just good when u have more mods the only things i have done so far are cold air, foil, exhaust, waiting on new cat and possibly the runners i know the headers would be better but I cant do them myself and I was told it would cost around 500 to have them installed

Headers aren't really that bad. Are you just afraid of screwing something up along the way? Just work slowly and carefully and double check your work, and you can tackle just about any project.
I put them on my 90 5.7 GTA. I also had their 3 inch exhaust, and Cold air. I noticed a little off idle loss in throttle response, but a nice gain when I would stab it out on the highway. I like the way they look to
I'll be getting them again (hopefully used) for my Formula.

Er... intake runners are rather easy to install. Spend some time with the search function and read up on it, you'll probably end up doing them yourself rather than pay someone $500 to install a set of runners.
