timing question
ok i have an 87 iroc z28 wit the 350 tpi and i want to advance the timing but i just want to make sure the injectors timing doesnt run off the distributor timing ..and also wut would b the best advance if it do able
The ECM uses the same signal from the distributor to operate the injectors that the distributor does to time spark. It doesn't matter for the injectors, since they are batch fired. Altering the distributor advance will not affect fuel delivery.

what fuel are you running?
6* stock
8* is usually good for 87..
12-15* for 93...
make sure you unplug the white and brown wire from the pick up..
