Axle/Gears: FACTORY
TPI intake/plenum removal.....
is it safe to remove my intake and fuel rails??? i loosened the two hard line connectors in front and a little gas spilled out... strong smell! how can i prevent fuel from coming out and plug those two lines so i can remove the fuel rails and intake???? thanks gain...

unplug the fuse to your fuel pump, and try to start the car. This will get rid of the fuel pressure in the lines. Then disconnect the battery and go to town.

too late, harness is unplugged and fuse box is out also.... is there another way??? maybe hold a bucket under the 2 lines... there;s very little fuel left in the tank...

yea it is safe to do that. with the two hard lines off you can take them off.
there is no need to plug the lines. only a little gas should come out.
when you take the rails off a little more gas will come out of them.
But it is perfectly safe just dont light a fire near the car
