i think my fuel pumps about had it...you tell me

re adjusted the fuel pressure today back to 39 w/o vaccuum..was alittle high at 45 without vaccuum. Anyway, i hooked up the vac line again and noticed then when i revved, the cars fuel pressure would spike 35 but then fall to 30 and stay there no matter how much throttle i held steady. Is the pump dying on me?...or should i be looking elsewhere?

yea i do have an adjustable one. I also did my fuel filter not long ago...im thinking the new 1 may be clogged. I figure if it was the fuel pump, id be having all sorts of problems. The car runs and drives fine..no problems there

whatcha think?

Are you sure your gauge is accurate? Try verifying your pressure drop with 2 different gauges. It can't hurt to try.

Sounds like the pump is going out. Does it fall on its face when you drive it at WOT ??

Perform a flow test of the pump, not just a pressure test. The system should deliver at least one pint of fuel in 15 seconds or less, bare minimum.
