Ford Mod Motor injectors... will they work???
I dont know if Mod motor injectors are the same as Fox body and 3rd gen injectors, but I would have to assume that they are.
I need new injectors for my IROC, and a friend has some 19#'s out of a 98 GT with only 20,000 on them for FREE!!!
any1 know if there is a difference that will prevent me from using them???

Slap them on, connecter and everything is the same they are just a hair shorter than ours

Ford makes two kinds of injectors. On pg 115 of their catalog are EV1 and EV6 injectors. They appear to be the nearly the same length, but have different plugs. You want the EV1 style injectors, your fuel injector plug will plug directly into the EV1 Ford injectors. I am using the EV1 24#/hr injectors running at 52psi on my stroker motor.
The ford injectors are 2mm shorter than Bosch injectors. A short time ago, I posted the length differences.

I met to add that I believe that the 4.6liter modular motors are using the EV6 injectors. You want the injectors from the earlier 5.0liter engines, these are the EV1 injectors.

Also low ohm and high ohm injectors. You need the high ohm version. Around 15 ohms of resistance.
